School Facilities
Transport Facility
The school has its own buses as well as chartered buses for transporting the students from
different areas. Bus charges will be paid along with the tuition fee. Bush charges
can be revised whenever necessary. In case of sudden breakdown of buses, Parent/Guardians are
requested to make their own arrangment whenever required. We expect full co-operation from
parents/guardians.
The school provides adequate transport facilities for bringing and dropping the children.
School bus service is available on all important routes in the neighborhood with parent's own risk.
No concession on bus charges is admissible for using it one way.
One clear calendar month's notice in writing is required before a child can discontinue the use of school transport.
Otherwise one month's transport charges are charged in liey of one month's notice.
School Library
From class I onwards each class is allotted one library in a weak.
For classes I and II, the teacher reads our a story books/shows a
story through a CD on computer in the class-room.
From Class III onwards, each student is issued a Borrower's ticked,
against which each a student can borrow a library book for a maximum period of 15 days.
All student must observe the following library rules.
- They must maintain complete silence in the library.
- Students must return the library books by the due date. Failure to do so will be liable to fine of Rs.10/day.
- Reference books will be issued only during school hours for use n the library only.
- Student are not allowed to bring their personal books/belonging to the library
- Any student found damaging, disfiguring, defacing or tearing pages of the library book will not only have to pay the cost of the book but will also be debarred from using the library for the whole year.
- The Library has an "open access" system. The children can select their own books from the shelves. They must however, put the books back on the shelf after reading/selecting the books.
- The school has also introduced a CD library. Student can avail it to quench their thirst for knowledge through it in school itself.
School Hostel
On the continued demand from the guardians the school has created a well developed hostel facility for the students at
its new site {new BMP-6} in a noise and pollution free protected area. The hostel is under the care of an experienced
resident "Hostel Incharge" who keeps a clos liasion with the Parents/Guardians.
The hostel is backed with all facilites like:-

RPS (Ramji Prasad Sahu) Public School Muzaffarpur hostel blocks have complete facilities and amenities to make the stay
of every child comfortable and happy. The hostel has following features and facilities.
- Each room accomodates 8 students.
- Each room has attached toilet and bathroom.
- Each room is designed to get a lot of natural light and good ventilation.
- Hostel rooms are built in simple design, but make a remarkable ambience.
- Children living in hostels are safe and secure under matron's care.
- Security personnel keep a watch on student's movements.
- Attendance at hostel is mandatory, and is taken twice a day.
- Hostel has a hygienically maintained kitchen and a dining hall.
- Students are provided a variety of food items, snacks and milk.
- Laundry, in-house doctor facilities, and library are available.
